ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sarai Ranjan P.S. Case No.62 of 2018 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 283, 291, 323, 332, 336, 337, 341, 353, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that only because there was some obstructions on N.H.103 in protest against some occurrence in that area, the petitioners have been named in connection with the present case along

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46894 of 2019(2) dt.29-07-2019 2/2 with 26 named persons. It is further submitted that six other similarly situated co-accused persons have since been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail by the court below itself in A.B.P. No.834 of 2019 and the petitioners' case also stands on similar footing.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and there being no specific allegation against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Samastipur, in connection with Sarai Ranjan P.S. Case No.62 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
