Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2020, registered for the offences under Sections 461, 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he was not caught at the spot and co-accused person from whose house theft article was recovered, has been granted bail by the 10th learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60472 of 2021(2) dt.06-06-2022 2/2 Additional Judge, Muzaffarpur. Nothing as alleged has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapour P.S. Case No. 89 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
