Patna High Court CWJC No.11461 of 2023(2) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 Land bearing Khata No. 10, Plot No.

335/1512 and 335/1511, Thana No. 73 to the petitioner in which petitioner is paying rent receipt and cultivating his land regularly.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to approach the appropriate authority for redressal of his grievance.

4. Accordingly, the present writ application stands disposed of.
