2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 185 of 2022, for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(C), 66(D), 66(F) of the I.T. Act and Sections 13, 16 and 17 of the U.A.P. Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant received a secret information that three miscreants, who are indulged in cyber crime and lottery business, are going on a motorcycle. The informant apprehended those three miscreants and recovered cash amount, debit cards, mobile phone and after opening whatsapp chats. It was found that they were indulged in cyber crime.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner

The name of the petitioner has transpired on the basis of confessional statement of apprehended co-accused persons. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail stated in para 3 of the bail petition.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 185 of 2022, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
7. This application stands allowed.
