The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 384 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that an unknown person threatened and demanded ransom from the informant through mobile. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 8.2.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In the entire occurrence, the mobile is said to have been used.
