2. Though the petitioner has moved the Court for recall of the order dated 06.10.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14522 of 2012 but after some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the application be disposed off clarifying that the amount of C.P.F. to the petitioner be paid to him, in accordance with law.
3. Learned counsel for the State submitted that in the counter affidavit they have taken the stand that the same shall be paid by applying before the parent Department by the petitioner.

4. In view thereof, the application stands disposed off with the observation that C.P.F. amount of the petitioner shall be paid to him once he makes an application for the same before the Competent Authority, in accordance with law.
5. If the same is done within four weeks from today, the authority shall ensure that the amount due and payable to the petitioner on account of C.P.F. is paid to him within the next two months.
