JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-03-2024 Though the present writ petition was filed for grant of retiral benefits to the petitioner, however, the learned counsel for the Respondent-State has referred to an order dated 10.10.2022, passed by the Superintendent of Police, Sheikhpura, whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been dismissed from service. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 10.10.2022, however, he submits that the Respondents be at least directed to pay the admitted outstanding dues on the head of provident fund and other admissible dues. It is directed accordingly.

It is needless to state that the admissible outstanding dues, required to be paid to the petitioner, shall be paid within a period of two weeks from today.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 10.10.2022, by filing a fresh writ petition.
