Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Mahila (Bhojpur) P.S. Case No. 104 of 2019, registered for the offences under Sections 323, 334, 324, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the marriage of the informant took place 14 years ago and the petitioner is willing to keep his wife with full dignity and

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the petitioner's marriage period with the informant and also considering the submission that there is no any medical evidence in support of the alleged physical cruelty, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Mahila P.S.
