JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "i. For issuance of writ / writs, order / orders to grant relief to the petitioner by respondents for allotment of piece of government land under the scheme of Ex-Army disabled person after disposing his application which is pending since 1990.

ii. For commanding the respondents to grant relief to the petitioner specially because the petitioner is

iii. For commanding the respondents to grant/ allot a piece of government land as per the circulars of central government, state government and as per the Ex-Army disabled persons welfare scheme." After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
