JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 17-03-2015 After some arguments learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the civil court of competent jurisdiction for grant of appropriate reliefs to the petitioners. Permission is accorded.
The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
If such a civil suit is filed on behalf of the petitioners, then the same shall be considered and decided on its own merit without being prejudiced by the rejection of the present writ petition.
