JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 23-02-2016 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to pay the petitioner a sum of Rs. 14,86,941/- [Fourteen Lacs Eighty Six Thousand Nine Forty one only] against Milling Charge inclusive of fare and Gunny bags which was supplied to the respondents for the year 2008-09.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the stand of the learned counsel for the respondents that the entire payment as claimed at Rs. 14,86,941/- has since been received by the petitioner and hence, no cause of action survives.

3. The writ petition stands dismissed.
