Mr.Kumar Alok- Sc7 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL ORDER 03-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AC to SC-7 and learned counsel for the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna.

The writ application has been filed by the petitioner, who retired on 30.06.2016 as Panchayat Secretary from Piro Branch in Bhojpur for directing the respondents to pay retiral dues like earned leave, pension etc.

Counter affidavits have been filed by the respondent authorities. In the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 2 to 5, it has been categorically stated that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3912 of 2017(6) dt.03-07-2019 2/2 entire retiral dues, except the amount under the head of G.P.F., have been paid to the petitioner.

Subsequently, in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the District Provident Fund Officer, Bhojpur, Ara, statement has been made to the effect that the authority slip of GPF amount of the petitioner has also been issued and nothing remains due for payment to the petitioner. Copies of both the counter affidavits have been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner on 03.08.2017 itself.

In view of the statements made in the counter affidavit as mentioned above, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ application may be disposed of. Accordingly, the writ application stands disposed of. (Partha Sarthy, J) Sushma/- U
