ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 07.03.2018 on his remand in connection with Revilganj P.S. Case No.17 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner, rather his name has been brought in only on account of local politics. It is further submitted that the statement of the co-accused made before the police cannot have any evidentiary value.

In view of the aforementioned facts and
