1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party nos. 2 to 4 by the learned District & Sessions Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran vide order dated 19.07.2022 passed in A.B.P. No. 1352 of 2022.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50476 of 2022(2) dt.08-12-2025 2/2 also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 136 of 2022.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with a request to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 136 of 2022.
