JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 4.12.2017, seeks bail in Kargahar (Sidhi) PS Case No. 206 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 324, 354, 307, 509 of the IPC, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 3⁄4 of the Dyen Act.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is own brother of so called injured, husband of the informant, the allegation of opening fire is false rather he fell down during quarrel and sustained injury, there is no injury report by any government medical officer and consequently both brothers have also compromised.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Shiv Murat Ray is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM Sasaram in connection with Kargahar (Sidhi) PS Case No. 206 of 2017.
