The landholder within the meaning of the Bihar Privileged Persons Homestead Tenancy Act, 1947 (for short "the Act") has filed the present writ petition calling in question the order dated 30.10.2014/02.12.2014 passed by the Revisional Authority in Revision Case No. 10 of 2009 whereby the order passed dated 21.02.2009 passed by the Circle Officer in Basgit Purcha Case No. 03/2005-06 was affirmed.

The Land Tribunal Act provides a forum to the party

Patna High Court CWJC No.2343 of 2015 (2) dt.10-02-2015 who lost before the Revisional Court. The remedy is effective. Mr. Yadav after some arguments at length sought permission of the Court to invoke the jurisdiction of the Tribunal after seeking condonation of delay.

The application, as prayed, is permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
