Learned counsel for the Bihar State Construction Corporation has filed show cause and has submitted that the matter has now pending in National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata and the petitioner may move the Insolvency Professional Mr. Nitesh Kumar More. Contact details of Mr. Nitesh Kumar More is mentioned in page- IX of the show cause for his payment.

It goes without saying that the Insolvency Professional will act in accordance with law. This application is therefore disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that if he has any grievance, he may move the appropriate Bench.
