2. The present application has been filed for modification in order dated 07.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.27526 of 2025.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 07.05.2025, the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail and directed him to surrender before the court below within a period of 4 weeks from today. But the same could not be complied due to the reason that the uncle of the petitioner has passed away.

4. In the light of the submissions made, counsel for the petitioner has not filed any document regarding the death of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55946 of 2025(2) dt.08-08-2025 2/2 his uncle. As such, the present Modification Application is hereby refused.
