The petitioner is in custody in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 112 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 12.06.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 105 litres of Nepali liquor was recovered. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum- Special
