JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nabinagar P.S. case no. 373 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 30(A)/38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the petitioner has remained in custody since 24.02.2018. Learned counsel submits that nothing was recovered from the possession of petitioner and he was not apprehended at the spot. He submits that the petitioner on its own has surrendered.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-VII-
