2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 78 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 342, 363, 307, 323, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and the specific allegation of assault is against Rakesh Kumar and Chintu Kumar.

5. He further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 25.04.2024.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Patna City, Patna, in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 78 of 2023, subject to condition that at the time of accepting bail bonds of the petitioner, the Court below will verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner. If it is found that the petitioner has criminal antecedent, the Court below shall not accept the bail bonds of the petitioner and if it is found that the petitioner has clean antecedent, his bail bonds shall be accepted by the Court below.

8. The petitioner will mark his attendance in Didarganj Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Harshita/- U T
