The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 351 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 498(A), 304(B), 201/34 of the IPC and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the daughter of the informant was married with the son of the petitioners in the year 2015, but after passing few days only, demand of dowry as motorcycle and golden chain started which was pacified and after

No.9088 of 2016 (3) dt.18-04-2016 2/3 15-20 days accused/son-in-law kept the victim separately but the torture for fulfilment of demand of dowry continued and on the alleged date and time, the informant received information regarding illness of the victim and when they reached the place, the room was locked, but on inquiry from the nearby people, he came to know that the named accused persons including the petitioners have killed the victim and carried the dead body for disappearing and then the informant informed the police who reached the place.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner no. 1 is the mother-in-law and the petitioner no. 2 is the father-in-law of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 351/2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
