Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No. 549 of 2006 registered for the offence punishable under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present first information report has been lodged after one and half years of the alleged occurrence without any explanation for the delay. Moreover, final form has been submitted in the case finding the allegation against this petitioner to be false.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29973 of 2018(2) dt.04-06-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No. 549 of 2006 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) mcv/- U T
