====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case No.199/2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are young persons and there is no criminal antecedent. The F.I.R. has been lodged only with the sole purpose to arrest the petitioners. The lady is not to be found since several days and the F.I.R. has been lodged belatedly. Taking into consideration that the petitioners are
