The petitioner is seeking a direction to respondent Nos. 4, 5, 6, 7 and 9 for granting connection of non-domestic water supply in the petitioner's flat located at Rajendranagar.

Patna High Court CWJC No.17945 of 2021(2) dt.21-12-2021 2/2 From the submissions advanced on behalf of the petitioner, it appears that the petitioner is a tenant in the said flat in respect of which an eviction suit has been filed against him. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has argued that the person, who resides in the ground floor of the building, is causing obstruction in grant of connection of water supply.

The petitioner, in our opinion, has remedy before appropriate executive authorities, without invoking which he has approached this Court. There being alternative and more efficacious remedies available to the petitioner, we are not inclined to entertain this writ application.
