2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 254 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 309(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 23.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75313 of 2024 and the trial has already started.

4. Considering the gravity of the offence, the application for bail stands dismissed.
