Patna High Court LPA No.744 of 2014 dt.26-09-2016 2/2 by the learned Single Bench of this Court on 30.11.2012 whereby the termination of the writ applicant as Anganbadi Sevika was set aside. The learned Single Bench has passed such order on the basis of an order passed in C.W.J.C. No.6044 of 2012 (Raj Kumari Devi vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) decided on 30.04.2012 whereby the termination of another Anganbadi Sevika on the same day and on the same ground was set aside.

Learned counsel for the respondent points out that the Letters Patent Appeal No. 611 of 2013 (The State of Bihar & Ors. vs. Raj Kumari Devi) against the said order in C.W.J.C. No. 6044 of 2012 stands dismissed on 01.07.2016.

For the reasons recorded therein, we do not find any merit in the present Letters Patent Appeal and the same is also dismissed.
