1. Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.

2. The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent authority to accept the joining of the petitioner on the post of "Panchayat Teacher" pursuant to engagement letter dated 19.02.2011 and also for a direction to grant all other consequential benefits in terms thereof.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the District Appellate Authority has been constituted under the Rules for hearing the grievances of the teachers.

4. The petitioner has directly approached this Court without availing the remedy before the District Teachers Appellate Authority.

5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the present writ application is disposed with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Nalanda.

6. It is made clear that if any Appeal is filed by the petitioner within four weeks, the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Nalanda shall dispose the same in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months.

7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is disposed.
