The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 175 of 2022, dated 07.06.2022, instituted for the offences under Sections 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though he along with another is said to have opened fire which hit the informant, but the injuries are not such from which it could be inferred that there was any intention to cause the death of the informant. It has further been submitted that because of a petty dispute, an occurrence took place in which the

Be that as it may, regard being had to the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody since 10.06.2022 and there is only one case under the Excise Act against him in which he is on bail, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - VII, Darbhanga in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 175 of 2022.

The application stands allowed.
