Petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 249 of 2019 arising out of Harnaut P.S. Case No. 422 of 2018 registered under Section 302/34 of I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 39218 of 2019 on 13.09.2019 with observation that liberty is given to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Further he submits that charge has already been framed and petitioner is in custody since 11.12.2018.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be
