Petitioner seeks bail in Rajepur P.S.Case No. 95 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 413, 414, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, informant's tractor was stolen by unknown person.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the name of petitioner has transpired on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Arvind Kumar Rai. Petitioner was neither caught on the spot nor stolen vehicle was recovered from his possession. Till date petitioner has not been put on TIP. Petitioner is in custody since 7.07.2021.
