The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 155 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 325, 302 of Indian Penal Code.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that neither the informant is eye witness of the occurrence nor any witness has supported the allegation as eye witness before the police during investigation. Only material against the petitioner and others is suspicion. He has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S.
