JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 23-02-2022 Heard the parties The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has filed Divorce Case No. 413 of 2018 in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bettiah, West Champaran, Bihar. The learned counsel has made a prayer for direction to the learned Court below to expedite the case and dispose it of expeditiously.
The defendant Smt Vinita Kumari @ Vinita Pandey has filed a petition in the Hon'ble Supreme Court to transfer the suit from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Lucknow to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, West Chamapran at Bettiah and vide order dated 09.07.2018, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has transferred the divorce suit from the Court
Patna High Court C.Misc. No.426 of 2021(3) dt.23-02-2022 2/2 of Principal Judge, Family Court, Lucknow (U.P.) to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, West Champaran, Bettiah, Bihar. In that order itself the Hon'ble Supreme Court directed the Court below not to give any unnecessary adjournments. The learned Court below is directed to comply the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in letter and spirit and not to give unnecessary adjournments.
With the above observations/ directions, the civil miscellaneous petition is being disposed of.
