The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No. 127 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 38(1) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 14 liters of illicit liquor from a hut near the Gandak river. The learned counsel for the petitioner submit that neither any recovery has been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner nor the said hut belongs to the petitioner. The petitioner is stated to be languishing in custody since 21.04.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail
