JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-09-2025 At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's grievance has been redressed by the State authorities and in this regard, paragraph No. 7 of the counter affidavit is relevant, which shows that the petitioner's possession over the land in question has been found therefore, the Circle Office, Patna Sadar, has passed the order dated 05.11.2022, approving the creation of Jamabandi in favour of the petitioner, therefore, the petitioner now wants to withdrawn this writ petition and prays to dispose of this matter

Patna High Court CWJC No.17836 of 2021(3) dt.09-09-2025 2/2 in the light of the said steps taken by the Circle Officer, Patna Sadar.
