====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-05-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Buxar (T) P. S. Case No. 689 of 2017 instituted under Sections 323, 341, 353, 379, 448, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that due to property dispute, petitioner's who happens to be the brother-in-law of the informant's husband has been made accused in this case in order to put pressure as one Title Suit No. 716 of 2016 is pending between the parties in the Civil Court of Balia in State of Uttar Pradesh and petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, namely, Lal Mohan Pandey, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31787 of 2018(2) dt.21-05-2018 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (T) P.S.Case No. 689 of 2017; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
