JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-03-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376,313 and 315/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner established physical relationship with the informant on the promise of marriage and got the pregnancy terminated.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation has been levelled maliciously with inordinate delay.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned

No.10530 of 2016 (2) dt.08-03-2016 2/2 court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 28 of 2014 pending in the court of learned 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Samastipur.
