The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No.312 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner's name has been mentioned by coaccused from whom live cartridge have been recovered. The firearm is required to be recovered. I do not find case for anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
