Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 28.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54372 of 2021. Vide order dated 02.11.2022, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'A'), which reveals that one witness has already been examined and the case is running for the prosecution evidence. Considering the nature of accusation and progress of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

However since the petitioner is in custody since 30.09.2020, trial court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within a period of one year.
