The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special (Excise) Case No. 193 of 2018 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Co-accused having similar allegation has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 16.05.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30475 of 2018.

On the ground of parity, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
