JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2016 The petitioner seeks transfer of Complaint Case No. 2519(C) of 2012 from the jurisdiction of Civil Court, Patna to the jurisdiction of Civil Court, Gaya mainly on the ground that presently she is residing with her maternal uncle at Gaya. I do not find it to be a fit ground for transfer of the case in exercise of power under Section 407 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
This application has no merit and it is accordingly dismissed.
