1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.

2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 27 of 2023 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to local village politics. There is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 27 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
