JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2015 No one appears for the petitioner nor for the Municipal Corporation. Counsel for the State is present. Perused the show cause filed by the Municipal Corporation it appears that certain amount had been paid and with regard to the revision of pay for the period 01.04.1997 to 31.10.2004 is subject matter of LPA No. 960 of 2007 and it has been mentioned in the show cause that same will be paid after disposal of LPA No. 960 of 2007.

As the petitioner is not coming to pursue this matter, let the payment of the aforesaid category be paid to the petitioner after disposal of aforesaid LPA. As the substantial compliance has been made there is no need to proceed with the matter further. Hence the contempt proceeding is hereby dropped. The application is dismissed.
