====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 15-07-2016 Learned counsel, Mr. S.N. Jha, appearing for the petitioner in view of the Division Bench's decision of this Court reported in 2010(2) PLJR 954 Paragraph 36 has submitted that since by the impugned order, the proceeding itself has been terminated i.e. the cause of action has been put to naught, the civil revision is maintainable. Therefore, he may be permitted to convert this writ application to civil revision application. In view of the submission of the learned counsel, the petitioner is permitted to convert this writ application to civil revision under the Code of Civil Procedure. The petitioner may convert this writ application to civil revision within three weeks, failing which, this writ application shall stand dismissed as not maintainable.
