ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Garhpura P.S. Case No. 95/2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 307, 325, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is unusual delay in filing of the F.I.R, for which no plausible explanation has been offered. It is further submitted that the occurrence took place is of trivial nature and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

Considering the aforementioned facts and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10201 of 2016 (2) dt.20-04-2016 named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Garhpura P.S. Case No. 95/2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
