The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 376(2)(g), 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons killed the mother of the informant after committing gang-rape.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case only on suspicion. During investigation, it has come that the mother of the informant was killed by the family members.

However, learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that during course of investigation, ample materials have come
