It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that despite the order of the Divisional Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya remanding the matter of the petitioner to the District Magistrate, Gaya on 16.10.2014 for taking a decision afresh after getting the opinion of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya regarding grant of licence for D.B.B.L. gun, the matter has been kept pending by the licensing authority till date.
