Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown.

Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 26.01.2018. He was never put on TI Parade nor anything has been recovered from his possession. Only material is confessional statement of the petitioner before the police while in police custody. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28822 of 2018 (2) dt.11-05-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jakkanpur Police Station Case No. 21 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
