====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No.92 of 2020, registered for the offences under Sections 147, 341, 323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the injury report, where the injuries have been found to be simple in nature, prima facie, case under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, is not made

In view thereof, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and in the event of arrest, he shall be released on bail subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
