The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhaganpur P.S. Case No. 171 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Section(s) 379 I.P.C.

The allegation is regarding unknown persons having stolen the truck containing Glass panes belonging to the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is non-FIR named accused person and merely on the basis of suspicion, he has been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted bail by this Court by an order dated 26.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.16520 of 2018. The petitioner is stated having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III,Vaishali, Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.
